Who We Are
Queen Creek Coalition is a non-profit organization whose mission is to maximize rock climbing and recreational opportunities in the Queen Creek region located near Superior, Arizona. Queen Creek Coalition currently is working to secure access to regional climbing areas that are now, or in the future may be, either owned by Resolution Copper Mining or affected by its operations. It is also working to secure additional and more permanent access to regional climbing areas and potential climbing areas. To achieve these goals, Queen Creek Coalition is also working with companies, land owners, land managers, and government leaders.
Queen Creek Coalition is a Non-Profit Corporation organized under the laws of the State of Arizona. It has achieved 501(c)(3) tax exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service so donations are tax deductible.
It is governed by a Board of Directors. Only the official policies, procedures, actions, and agreements authorized by the Board or delegated to its official representatives should be relied on. All agreements entered into by Queen Creek Coalition are complete in and of themselves and there no other understandings outside of the official actions and documents.
Queen Creek Coalition welcomes community input. Anyone who wants to know more about the organization’s goals and activities is encouraged to contact Queen Creek Coalition through this website or by contacting any member of its Board of Directors.
